<p class=”has-medium-font-size”><strong>RENTAL ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES</strong></p> <p>Check In Time for most properties is 3:00 PM ET. Check out time is NO LATER then 11:00 AM on Departure Day. NO early arrivals or late check outs with out prior approval. </p> <p>A reservation confirmation will be EMAILED when payment of the balance due (rent, taxes, cleaning fees, linen fees, pet fees, reservation fees and security deposit) has been received. <br>Reservation Agreement/Deposits</p> <p>Once a property is booked a rental agreement will be sent out and must be completed, signed and returned to us within 10 days of booking. This can be done by our online e-signature feature or by regular mail. If you need a copy mailed please let us know right away. Reservation deposits are due at the time of booking reservation, the deposit equals 50% of the rent. <br>The balance of the rent, taxes, linen and/or cleaning fees, booking fees, etc are due 30 days prior to your arrival. </p> <p>Any reservation made within 45 days of arrival will require full payment at the time of booking. </p> <p>Payments <br>We accept cash, personal check, cashiers/bank check, money orders and most major credit cards.  Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require payment in full by credit card or certified funds. </p> <p>Cancellation<br>If you want to cancel this reservation/agreement, you must notify us in writing. There will be a cancellation fee of $100.00. <br>Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, will forfeit 50% of reservation and fees. Canccellations within 15 days of arrival, will forfeit 100% of the reservation and fees. We will do our best to re-rent the property. IF it is re-rented you will be refunded reservation and fees less the cancellation fee. <br> Some properties do not provide sheets and towels. A linen rental for those properties may be reserved in advance. </p> <p>Pets<br>Most properties do not allow pets. Some Homeowner Associations do not allow guests to have pets, but you may see ownerrs with pets. If a guest is seen with/reported to have pets on the premises of a no pet property you will be fined $200.00</p> <p>Smoking and Fireworks<br>All of our propertiers are smoke free/vape free, it is not allowed inside of the property. If evidence of smoking is found there will be additional cleaning charges and a deduction from the security deposit. Fireworks are not permitted at any property. </p> <p>Services Provided at Properties<br>Many of our properties have additional services such as cable/satellite, internet, we cannot guarantee the services will always be working. There are some issues beyond our control but we will do all we can to resolve any issue. We will not refund any money for interruptions. </p> <p>**Taxes are not included in nightly rates**</p> <p>By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.</p>
