C the Sea at NTB, Relaxing Oceanfront 1 bedroom

We recently stayed at this beach condo and had a mixed experience overall. The location itself is very peaceful, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with a small child. It made for a relaxing and quiet getaway. The host was excellent, very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. That level of attentiveness definitely stood out and made things smoother. However, there were a few drawbacks worth noting. The air conditioner struggled to keep up with the heat, which made the condo less comfortable than we had hoped. Additionally, there was a noticeable musty smell inside the unit that never fully went away. Access to the beach was also somewhat limited. The beach access for Building One was closed during our stay, and high tide made the beach inaccessible for much of the day. In our case, traveling with a small child, this actually worked out okay, but it may be frustrating for others expecting consistent beach

Enjoy the location, amenities could’ve been better. Positive: The location was fine. And we enjoyed the beach once the tide was out. The response by the property manager was very prompt and greatly appreciated. Negative: The cleanliness was subpar in our opinion. We had to do a substantial cleaning to the kitchen, utensils, plates, and pots and pans before we could use them. It was also a major tripping hazard coming into the property on the boardwalk. Had to call and request beach chairs as the ones that were there were broken.
