The location is fantastic- not on the front row but we only needed to cross a street to beach access and there were no houses blocking our view of the ocean. The down sides were visible crumbs or sand on the couch when we walked in. There is no dining table to eat or play games which, for a house that sleeps 10 was disappointing. And the dryer didn’t work. The agent and owner were very responsive and kind.
